Lace Knit Scarf Pattern

Skill Level: Intermediate. Many lace versions.
Yarn Suggestion: Best with fine to medium weight yarns. Will need approximately 5 to 6 ounces, depending on size. I have been fascinated with lace scarves lately because they are the perfect project for my spindle spun yarn. I love to spin exotic (and expensive) fibers on my little spindles, and a lace scarf is the perfect medium to show off all my little bits of yarn. These patterns give numerous options for lace scarf.

Knit Sock Pattern

Skill Level: Easy. Some would say that socks need to be at least an intermediate level, but this pattern makes it so easy I have to put it in the beginner's category. I believe anyone can make socks! Yarn Suggestion: Best with a fine to medium weight yarn. Will need approximately 5 to 5 ounces, depending on size. Double Pointed Needles.
 

Entrelac Knit Sock Pattern

Skill Level: Experienced. Entrelac socks are a must-know skill for the knitter.
Yarn Suggestion: Best with a fine to medium weight yarn. Will need approximately 5 to 6 ounces, depending on size: 3 ounces of Main Color, and 1+ ounce each contrasting colors. Double Pointed Needles.
 

Crochet & Knit Slipper Pattern

Skill Level: Easy. Great beginner's pattern.
Yarn Suggestion: Good with any weight yarn. Will need approximately 6 to 12 ounces, depending on size and thickness.
 

Quick to knit or crochet in any size. Thick and warm. This is a great project to use up extra yarn. Three knit versions are given, and one crochet version. Make these slippers big, then felt them to your feet and you have triple warm footgear.
